コース概要

このコースでは、高度なコールコントロールとモビリティサービスについて学習します。Cisco Unified Communications Managerの機能を使用して、通信インフラストラクチャを拡張性、可搬性、安全性の高いコラボレーションソリューションに統合する方法を学習します。また、グローバル化コールルーティング、グローバルダイヤルプランレプリケーション、Cisco Unified Mobility、Cisco Extension Mobility、Device Mobility、SIP/URIコールルーティング、コールアドミッションコントロール、Cisco Unified Communications Manager ExpressおよびSRSTゲートウェイテクノロジ、Cisco Unified Board Element Callの展開、シグナリングおよびメディアプロトコル、コールカバレッジ、時刻ベースのルーティングなど、豊富な機能を講義とラボ演習を通じて学習します。
